We enjoyed a visit from the Tsolum River Restoration Society with an interactive diorama of the Comox Valley Watershed from the glacier down to Brooklyn Creek. A great day for learning!
Brooklyn supported 17 families this Christmas. Generosity was evident through food, household items and gift donations along with a cheque for $680 to buy perishables.
The Comox Valley Food Bank received 14 boxes of food and a cheque for $147.10 from our Christmas Concert. Thank you for your generosity!
Brooklyn packed the house at the 1pm and 6pm show! We sang, we danced, we rocked, we swayed and we were merry!
Many staff and students wore orange on Sept 27 to demonstrate that every child matters and to honour the survivors of residential schools and remember those who did not survive.
