Student Transcript Service - Post-Secondary Institution (PSI) Selections
​Grade 12 students are encouraged to visit the Student Transcripts website before  July 13, 2018  ​to make their PSI selections.  Admission offers may be delayed or denied if students do not authorize release of their transcript data.

Summer Math Package

Centralized Student Registration Process

Welcome new families to the Comox Valley. If you are new or returning to the community and wish to register your child, please follow the centralized registration process which will be in effect June 25, 2018 - September 14, 2018.​ ​Click to read the bulletin which outlines the centralized registration process for School District #71.

Effective June 25th all neighbourhood schools will no longer be accepting new registrations.

Our centralized registration process for all new registrations is available at the School Board Office
located at 607 Cumberland Road, Courtenay. Registration is open from June 25th to September
14th between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. and between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. excluding July 20th to August 20th inclusive.
Online registrations is not available.

At the time of registration, please make sure you bring the following information with you:
  1. YOUR CHILD’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  2. PROOF OF RESIDENCE (UTILITY BILL/DRIVER’S LICENSE/PURCHASE OR RENTAL AGREEMENT)
  3. CARE CARD
All new registrants for the 2018/19 School Year will be contacted with their placement prior to September 4th. 

Due to an increase in enrolment, we cannot guarantee placement in a neighbourhood school but we will always ensure your child is enrolled in one of our district schools.

Mark R. Isfeld Secondary School is an inclusive school with almost 1,000 students from ​grades 8 through 12. We are a dual track school with English and French Immersion programs. We have an International program which allows us to host students from many countries, a vital and active Fine Arts program, a successful Athletics program with more than 30 competitive teams and a full Applied Skills program.
